License for these applications is not included with the standard version of software and needs to be bought separately. The reason no milestone is given is because the entire software needs to be running on my server with a test website to see if it is working before any payment could be transferred to you.I have had problems in the past where companies give me nothing but get everything before I find out that I got cheated. I am not stating that this happens all the time as you could see from my track record my record is 100% completion. 5 stats out of 5 stars so you do not need to worry about getting paid. The maximum that will be given for this project is $300 so do not ask for anything more. Has you could see this is the third time I am presently this same job on freelancer with the rest being a total waste of time and money. It has come to the point that if I am not properly satisfied by the results of this project I will close out this account on freelancer and my other three accounts has well because I believe freelancer and its companies are fraud. I have been happy with the service I received on the other projects but for some reason this hosting controller software is driving me nuts because keep losing money. So warning if freelancer does not get the right client to do a good job I will quit freelancer immediately after finding out that this project went bad.
