Create VST, C++ Programming

I am looking for someone who knows how to create a VST (Virtual Instrument for Music Programs) . I don't know exactly what kind of skills are required. But I do know that you need to know C++ Programming and I've heard something about the term SDK. It should work in music programs such as FL Studio Ableton Live Cubase Studio One Machine It Should work for Mac and PC I am a sound designer. I sound design in a separate program but will need you to import the sounds (WAV Files) into the VST that you create. Here is an example of a similar VST [login to view URL] I need functions such as Reverb Glide (portamento) Ability to switch vst to mono mode Volume Volume Meter Ability to adjust Attack Decay Sustain and Release Designs Will Be provided. These are most of the features, but they are subject to change before we officially start the project. If you have experience in VST creation then all or most of what I said will be familiar to you. Please provide examples of a VST you have developed.
