What would it take to make someone the next Tekashi 69?

After watching his success, although short lived, I want to think through what it takes to become the next big thing. This is an ambiguous project, but I think you can pull together enough information for me to evaluate what it might take. How it could be divided up : 1. Provide at least 10 clear, well explained steps, each, for what he did to make himself: -successful on social media (for each type media, as well) -successful in the market he has targeted (also add what, if any, market he was targeting to begin with) -successful in his interviews and PR 2. What set of 10+ distinct steps did he take to make himself controversial/attention-grabbing AND is something similar that someone else could do or replicate without being in too much trouble. 3.I'll have more as I go along, but for the moment lets get started.
