Social Media Marketing Manager

Candidate will be responsible for working closely with Project Manager in creating social media strategies both for specific purposes like upcoming events, current news and events, promoting special products or services, as well as "generic" posts for brand marketing.
- You would be expected to be familiar with all major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
- Videos and graphics to post will be provided to you, based largely on your advice and input, along with Project Manager and others involved.
- You will be responsible for carefully researching and writing the actual content to post, along with strategically using different hashtags to expand the viewership and followers, as well as corresponding with followers on comments and DMs.
- You would be working directly on the platforms or using a social media management application to do all of these tasks, whichever you prefer
- Our companies and clients tend to be progressive (not uptight or super traditional), so a slight edge or sense of humor would be a plus, while remaining professional
- You would be managing several accounts on an ongoing basis. This will be an ongoing project
- Contractor is expected to be well organized, and be available for quick communications as well as strategy sessions
Finally, and very important, the contractor will managing all of our Sponsored ads, where we will pay for certain ads to create more viewership and/or leads
Bid according to your best rate for 30hours of work per week. We pay weekly
