to increase my instagram's performance (french-english)

My Instagram account is one of the satellite of my blog www.mylittlerecettes.com. Context : The blog, french, founded 6 years ago, is dedicated to gastronomy, restaurants, events, recipes, books, chefs interview. The blog is not earning money which let me free to speak about everything i want and I like. Problem to solve : I made everything myself but I do not have enough time at this moment to work on my instagram audience (followers, comments, like) What i am looking for : someone, french & english perfect speaking, able to manage that for me or give me clues to perform for a reasonable price able to understand my target and reproduce my tone.
