We use an Excel file with VBA to assist us in tracking active projects, analyze current workflow, as well as a way to document all past work. The file was developed years ago and when we moved to SharePoint last year, we have had issues with this file be easily accessible to all staff through Excel. We need help to redesign our Excel file or develop a modified process to allow all staff to access this file.
