Generate setting files with all combinations under Windows cmd BAT file.
The settings will be in CSV format
Setting, Start,Step,Last
Setting1=, 1,1,50
Setting2=, 1,2,100
Setting3=, 1,3,30
Setting4=, 1,4,100
Setting5=, 1,5,50
Setting6=, 1,6,60
Setting7=, 1,0,1
Setting8=, TRUE,FALSE
Need to generate all combination and the number of rows will varies.
Default value is the start value. If there is no variable setting for certain row, the Start and LAST value will be the same as shown above
