I went through the Job Description and I can certainly help you creating the custom Unsubscribe page from which User will get Unsubscribed from all the lists and then lands on a page in where user will be asked if the clicked on it by mistake. If yes User will not be Unsubscribed and if No user will be Unsubscribed. I have experience on creating the custom Forms on cloud pages as well as creating these kind of Unsubscribe cloud pages which require sending of data from email to cloud page and if required from one cloud page to another and into a custom Data Extension if required.
