Hi there, I am Jon Dexter Codilla, I owned a call center company based here in Cebu Philippines. My company has been running its operation for 2 years now. I have seen your job post at craigslist .com and I would like to express my interest of getting possible partnership with you and my company. We do have our own dialer( vicidial) we have good agents that are ready to to whatever campaign you have in place. We are good at appointment setting and lead generation. We also have one team lead assigned to each team. We do two internet connection one for back up in case the other one will be down. We can use our own calling system if needed you just need to supply the calling list needed for the operation. Our calling system are equipped or can monitor the daily performance of the agents from the time that they log in until they finished their shift. Also we do provide admin access intended for you to be able to monitor their performance. We can strat right away and we make sure to produce as you need .
