POSITION SUMMARY: - Work in fast-paced, call center environment, scheduling and assisting customers with home delivery of their order(s). - Handle high-volume of inbound and outbound calls, and provide support in other call-center/customer service capacities. - Work with business partners to assess customer needs/concerns and provide appropriate recommendations and solutions to ensure a world-class customer service experience. - Effectively communicate with customers/care centers via email, researching and responding to inquiries as needed. - Accurately maintain and update order tracking systems, appropriately documenting all transactions and pertinent interactions. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: - Detail oriented with ability to multitask and problem solve in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers. - Strong telephone etiquette and written/verbal communication skills. - Must possess a positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service. - Must be able to communicate with many customers each day, maintaining composure under workload and pressure. - Computer literate with working knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook. - Availability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
