I would like to hire a Sales Promoter

I am a mobile app designer and I want to focus my time on what I do best - mobile app design. I focus on working with small to medium sized businesses who would benefit from having an app for their business but do not have the budget for a large agency to design their mobile app. My niche includes (but not limited to): Pizza shops, restaurants, hair salons, flower shops, automotive shops, boroughs/cities, schools, dance/gymnastics, massage therapists/spas, wineries/breweries, etc. I am looking for a sales promoter to work on a commission basis ($250 - $750 per mobile app contract) to secure clients in the market for a mobile app. This can be done via networking, email, in-person communication, etc.
