I have ceramic tiles in a transportation tank (see transportation tanks jpg - note top can be removed) - these tiles are 280cmx 280cm with preformed breaking points as shown in RRAP Settlement Tiles.
These transportation tanks are 82.5 inch (internal dimensions) long and are on an offshore vessel. The tiles are stacked vertically with 100mm spacing. As background on these tiles are coral larvae so the spacing allows water to circulate.
I envisage the following (see smart factory jpg). On one side is a transport tank with choco boards stacked. On the other side is another tank with dry stacked deployment devices.
A robotic arm collects one choco board and 1 deployment device and a punch punches three sub choco boards from the main choco board (i.e. each sub choco board is shown by the breaking lines in drawing and each choco board is 280mm x 280mm - see drawing).
The automation facility attaches the three sub choco boards to the deployment device and puts it on a conveyor in which it lands into another transportation container.
This is concept level only so I am looking for a sketch that resembles this idea.
