Business set-up- research & guidelines

This project requires detailed research around setting-up a Hydroponics farm/operations on Caribbean island as much of the vegetable produce is imported. This will be a set-up under our Corporate Social Responsibility program, so next to details around what steps are needed to take on behalf of our company, it is important to research the most financially viable source for the equipment/tools- complete set-up. What is expected: - General overview /introduction to the initiative (1-2 paragraphs) - Details of the concept/ statistics (1-2 paragraphs) - Benefits of the initiative for the local community (bullet points) - Implementation – what steps are required from our side to implement the project successfully, bearing in mind we have no background in hydroponics; guideline on what points to keep in check and what to look out for; - 5-6 most viable sources for the entire set-up (those could be companies that already provided details of equipment with quotation, individuals that have extensive knowledge of hydroponics and recommended the most viable source with details, or directly factories that might prove to be the cheapest option; cost of logistics to the required location needs to be taken into account and stated separately (will be shared accordingly); those sources can be combination of any of the above, providing our company with possibility to make the best decision with regards to sourcing the entire plant set-up; individuals that are qualified to manage the hydroponics plant in the place of the residence & cost involved is welcomed (optional);
