Summary: Beecan health is seeking a on call Tier 1 Technician who will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the up time on our IT infrastructure on the weekends from the comfort of your home. (Saturday-Sunday 9-5 PM)
As a Tier 1 technician you will be providing customer service and diagnosing/troubleshooting our Computers systems remotely. Tasks can include but are not limited to, diagnosing software & hardware faults, dispatching technicians, step-by-step customer assistance, and fielding incoming phone calls. In this fast pace environment, expert communication and multi-tasking skills are a must. To be successful in this role, you must be a team player, a fast learner, and have a passion for customer service.
- High school diploma
- 2 years of technical support/customer service work experience or equivalent
Have good communication skills for working with customers
Ability to multitask and handle difficult tasks
Be familiar with network troubleshooting
Self-motivated to gain basic proficiency with new technologies
Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)
Technical Support: 2 years (Preferred)
High school or equivalent (Required)
