Need a 3D rendering for a carwash proposal

Hi Please could someone assist me with doing a 3D render for a carwash facility proposal. I have attached a copy of the parking lot lay out where I would need shade net covers on the bays marked 1-12. I would also need a small wooden structure placed on half the area marked as seating area, the other half of the seating area would need to be 2 benches with umbrellas. Everything else in the parking layout can be ignored I only need a 3D render for the parking bays and the wooden office and seating area. I have also attached pictures of another carwash, wooden office and seating area that has a very similar layout to what we are trying to implement. If you would also include images of cars being washed in the bays just to make it look like a busy and functioning facility. My budget is R3000 and I would require this within the next 48 hours.
