The 4-story apartment/house will be constructed from 3x40ft high cube shipping containers -- minimalist design. The house will be an apartment of 4 levels, i.e. ground floor, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd -- a total of 4 levels. The house will be set on a 33ftX68ft piece of land/plot. It will have 4 bedrooms (I have attached a sample floor plan for inspiration). I will need the following information with the design:- Technical information - Floor Plans o Bounded o Materials -Architectural Areas + m2 - Ceiling Plans o Bounded o Architectural o Materials o Areas m2 - 2D Sections o Bounded o Architectural - Elevations o Bounded (if applicable) o Architectural - 3D sections - Perspectives views o Internal o External - Details o Windows o Doors o Internal ceilings o Special furniture o Ladder details (if applicable) o Details of corporeal letters (if applicable) Graphic representation JPG images 6 Renders - 3 exterior - 3 interiors - 3D floor plan - 3D sections I will also like to see samples of previous work done.
