Home Floor Plan Design and 3D renderings

This project is for a 2D Floor Plan for a two story home and multiple 3D renderings of the exterior elevations, front and back, as well as multiple renderings of the the entrance way/foyer kitchen, breakfast room, family room, game room, master bedroom, master bath, stairway, outdoor kitchen, patio, swimming pool ground level and aerial, etc. I have provided a land plot plan to put the house on so designs can be shown as to how they will fit on the lot with sidewalks, driveways, etc. Floor plans of homes that are similar to what we are looking for are attached for guidance. Links to a local website to see the actual houses are included and hopefully they will work if copied and pasted into your browser.
Deliverables will be the space plan and a number of renderings as described above. Additionally the final products will need to show all measurements in feet and inches, and pdf and dwg formats of the floor plan for an architect to use as his starting point. You should anticipate several modifications to the plan as it develops. There will also probably need to be multiple front and rear elevations ideas for us to choose from.
These are all very similar to what we are looking for, but the favorite is 2111 Coach St because of the front porch, interior brick accent walls, colors selected, countertops, room sizes, under counter lighting, glass front cabinets, overall layout even though missing a few requirements. Cabinets will all be shaker style inset cabinets.
General home requirements that may not be obvious from samples provided:
One two car garage AND another one or two car garage
Dining Room (indicated because some plans provided do not have one)
All bedrooms have separate baths.
Large Master bedroom and large master bath
Separate His and Her closets in Master Bedroom
Walk In Shower, not glass enclosed type shower, with two separately controlled shower heads
Doesn't require two entrances as in at least one floor plan, one is probably preferred
Two bedrooms downstairs including the master bedroom
Small utility room upstairs for stackable washer and dryer and sink, (lowest priority of all items)
Larger utility room downstairs with room for full size washer & dryer, full size refrigerator, sink
and ample counter space.
Large covered back patio with outdoor kitchen and fireplace
Half Bath access from back patio without going into a bedroom, referred to as pool bath
sometimes
Significant portion of the square footage is downstairs
Kitchen, family room and breakfast room very open concept
Large Island in kitchen
Wine Grotto with wine cooler
Large walk-in attic storage
