We provide exclusive turnkey solutions in wet leisure/water projects, from concept development till construction in three fields –Water Gardens, Pools with Spas and Bathrooms for residential, leisure, and hospitality commercial customers in Russia. We invite freelance talented and passionate Designers/Architects, specializing in exciting, challenging water projects (interior/exterior), such as swimming pools areas/spa zones, bathrooms, water play areas for kids, water gardens with waterfalls, fountains and other water features. The main responsibilities include: - Concept development and implementation; - Architectural working drawings and layout plans preparation; - Specifications development, materials and colour schemes selection; - Preparation of presentations. You are supposed to work in tandem with other Russian project staff on –site remotely. Skills & Qualifications: - Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design; – At least 2 years of professional experience; - At least one project in WATER SPACE is a MUST; – Good English; - Strong hand rendering skills; – Proficiency in AutoCad/Revit, SketchUp, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); – Skills in 3DsMax, V-RAY, Rhino, Bluebeam Revu, Land F/X preferred but not required.
