I am looking for an architect to help me design floor plan with 3D design for a beach house. the land size is 20*30 m The full house plan should not exceed 250 square meter in total. ground floor should include kitchen, servant room (size 250*250) with toilet ( 150*250), one master bedroom size around (4*4m) with toilet, sitting area with big windows or sliding doors facing balcony and a toilet for sitting area. 1st floor 3 master bedrooms the size of each room around (3*3m) all rooms should be facing the front of the house and open to a shared balcony. rooms with big windows or sliding doors. outdoor landscaping is also needed grass and stone steps might be used in the design if not then similar ideas are also possible. the house design should be contemporary, modern design, and suitable as beach hour. attached are some designs that I liked.
