I'd just bought an apartment off the plan, 66 square meters, I'd like the apartment to be divided into two separate units.
I's a simple project, I need to send the blueprint with the wales and the doors to the builders.
I'm not an architect but I created my own project of the 2 units, you don't have to take anything from my project, but the bathrooms need to stay in the corners where they are now and the kitchens can't be to far from the bathrooms, the size and the shape of the bathrooms, kitchens and the rooms can be changed.
The 2 units will be really small approximately 32 square meters with high ceiling approximately 333 cm. You will have to be smart with the space in the units.
I'd like to hire someone who has experience with high ceiling spaces.
