❒ Having good experience in IT recruitment planning, strategic sourcing and execution to meet the business requirements.
❒ Experience in full recruitment life cycle implementation/Salary/Rate negotiations, Sub-Contracting, and networking/pipeline build up.
❒ Experience in team handling.
❒ Good experience of managing candidates, client’s and meeting their expectation.
❒ Quality and depth of analysis, industry knowledge and awareness, ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues, ability to conceive and implement new ideas.
