Job Description: Freelance RPO Consultant for US IT Recruitment/Staffing Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Consultant specializing in US IT recruitment and staffing. As a Freelance RPO Consultant, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients, focusing on sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified IT professionals to meet their staffing needs. This is a remote position with flexible hours, offering the opportunity to work independently while leveraging your expertise in the US IT recruitment domain. Responsibilities: Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates who meet the client's criteria. Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Conduct reference checks and background verifications as needed. Provide regular updates and feedback to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Assist in negotiating offers and closing candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all recruitment activities. Requirements: 2-3 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment or staffing, either in an agency or corporate setting. In-depth knowledge of the US IT job market, including the latest trends, technologies, and sourcing strategies. Strong understanding of different IT roles, technologies, and skills relevant to the US market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates. Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and evaluate candidates effectively. Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accuracy and data integrity throughout the recruitment process. Results-driven mindset with a commitment to meeting recruitment targets and client expectations. Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or G Suite. Note: This is a freelance/contract-based position. The consultant will work remotely and will be responsible for managing their own workspace, equipment, and taxes.
