Build a React Native for Windows app that logs in to a website and writes a text file then launches an app

Companion App Overview This companion apps main purpose is to act as a bridge from our web application to locally installed 3rd party applications. There may be multiple locally install Windows applications that will need to interface with our web app. Each one will have a slightly different approach but they all require some basic functionally in order to work. For this task you are simply required to setup the base application and do the first integration, ongoing wor is available and you can quote separately for each additional integration. The app is very simple but we require it to be written in REACT NATIVE running on Windows 10 devices It would simply grab data from our API, write to a text file and lunch a windows application on demand.
