write a python script to turn html into video

Max budget for this is $15

won't accept any proposal greater than $15

I need to create video from html files

what i need is

01. check the folder i have attached

need to combine the question and answer in the video

script would get 1. html from question and [url removed, login to view] from answer folders

script should copy question content and it should paste it in the begining of the video

if question is large then devide it

then

begin copying answer part answer part should be copied 100 charecters in one shot and then keep a gap of 5 seconds

then again copy 100 charecters again.

video should be in best possible resolution

length of name of the video should be as much big as possible i mean i want all the question content as video file name

one line would be on the top everytime...

once the frame is full keep removing the answer lines one by one
