simple python script to a produce a csv file

Following is the input text file and python script need to produce an output csv file as shown in the output description
with shown columns

You many need to create a pandas dataframe where you can do regex for "-head pose" etc and store the word corresponding to it. Current input file has mostly csv values which makes it easier for data extraction
