Simple Python Program with MatPlotLib

1st part is Tax Calculator: ([login to view URL]) This MUST be the framework for the tax calculator so please read this and work via the information there. It should take inputs of any necessary data and output every data. It should also output any error messages for example the input income should be above 0, if less the program should output an error message. This program MUST contain the following: Loops, Selection Statements, Comments should be used to explain lines of code, Functions, Classes. The CODE must be well presented, easy to understand.
2nd part of the program:
The program should allow the user to input a certain amount of money in GBP they could invest a month, in a 5% annual compounded interest account, it should allow the user to input how many years they would invest. Then the program will output a graph (Bar Chart) of the exponential growth of their investment throughout the chosen amount of years. So you will need to use a module such as matplotlib. Therefore this part of the code MUST ALSO contain, comments to explain each line of code in depth.
