Security review for login web-service, on Google-Cloud App-Engine in Python

I have a prototype login system, similar to open-ID, for authenticating voters.
And I have an example app, making use of the login-system. The app does reason-based surveys.
This is an open-source project, with no need to keep it secret.
I need a security expert to look for the most important security problems both in the login site, and in the demo app which uses the login site.
