Python gRPC Server Application

The project is to create a Python application "shell" that will be run on Ubuntu Linux 18.04 LTS
The application will be a gRPC server based on a provided .proto file.
None of the gRPC server method stubs created by the gRPC code generator will be implemented in this phase of the project.
The application will need a utility for looking up properties that are loaded from an XML configuration file on startup. For example. a findProperty(name) method that returns the value of the property name as defined in the XML file. The XML needs to be verified with its associated .xsd file.
The application needs to provide a reference (interface hooks) to the PyPylon package for future methods to call as needed. None of the PyPylon api calls will be implemented in this phase of the project.
The application needs to provide a reference (interface hooks) to an Elastic Search service for future methods to call as needed. This Elastic Search service will be provided on an AWS instance for testing.
