I am a Financial Analyst requiring the skills of an experienced Python programmer who is familiar with SQLite3 for Python. The objective of the work is to create a database with corresponding tables that replicate a dynamic stock portfolio. The stocks within the portfolio are added ('buy'), removed ('sell') or left within the portfolio ('hold') depending on simple signals within the columns of the database. A spreadsheet that illustrates the portfolio requirement will be provided. Another .CSV file will be provided with all data which will form the 'database' including the signals used to buy, hold, sell. The programmer will need to replicate the 'portfolio' spreadsheet using Python and SQLite3 to provide working code that is documented and can be implemented by me, a basic user of Python for finance.
