Create an installer for windows and linux

I want someone to create an installer for windows and linux which will run the following commands one after another without any errors for both 32 bit and 64 bit os. python -m pip install -U pip pip install rasa pip install git+[login to view URL] pip install rasa[mitie] pip install rasa[transformers] unzip [login to view URL] #unzip the zip file contained in the installer cd directory #directory in which zip files are extracted rasa run The above commands are common for installer in windows as well as linux. The commands should run without errors. I will share the zip file [login to view URL] once the project is awarded
