Convert Matlab Neural Network Code to Python 3 Tensor Flow

You need to import a .mat file into Python and convert my existing code in Matlab to Python 3 which involves replicating the Neural Network Model used in Matlab to a Tensor Flow model in Python 3. The original code in Matlab is around 150 lines.
Note: I prefer Python codes that are compatible in Pycharm. The mat file and code will be shared later
