Computer Vision/Deep Learning w/ Keras + Flask server -

Hello I have 2 Python scripts that relate to a bigger Computer Vision project - one script is for what runs the server, while the other is the one that brings embeddings using a deep learning model. I want an expert to go through both of these scripts, break them down into pieces with clear explanation of what is happening (the code is already commented out - but I am looking for much more depth for each line of code), and then provide with recommendations on what can be done to improve both the model and the server side script. Knowledge of Flask, Python, Computer Vision and Deep Learning (Keras) is imperative.
