build a script to add a date to your calendar

Looking to build a python script that uses these variables, date, time, place and username so when I write [login to view URL]@venue/city/day/time/@myusername so when someone fills in this information and the other person who you send this link to will be able to click it and it will ask them to sign in with facebook, once they sign in with facebook, once they sign in the script will check to see if they assiocated a username with their facebook login, if they did not it will ask them to choose a username, the script will then use google maps to look for the @venuename and the city listed, and then it will create a ICS file with the details listed in the link, once it creates the ics file, a button will appear saying Add to my calendar, once clicked that button will download the ics file and they just hit open and it will add it to their calendar app. Also, the entry will stay on their account so they can look at events they accepted the invite to.
