In detail, we are trying to assess all french cadastral parcels, based on proximity to point of interest and distance to pollution / risks. For pollution (ex: noisy roads), I have identified a source from ArcGis server. ex: [login to view URL] I have 2 needs: 1. Display the noisy road on a map, in a web app 2. Calculate, for each parcel (I have their geojson geometries), if a parcel is inside or not a noisy area. If yes, which noise level (=color). For 1. we want a resilient solution, even if the gov decide to unpublish this map. Can we remotely backup / restore on our own servers (ex: ArcGIS) ? Can we remotely download all the content and convert it in geojson (all our datasets are stored in geojson format, in our mongoDB server) ? For 2, which format shall we use to store the noisy roads to make our query ? geojson ? WFS ? WMS ? Other ? Thanks

Hey, Should be a fairly easy tak with ESRI API. You can download the content, I have a python tool for it. I can download it for you. You don't need arcgis server for this as well. We can always store this as a geojson format in our code and access it directly. Thematic map based on noise level is fair enough we can also make it responsive and configurable.
