The work is to translate requirements, ideas and questions which take too long to write or describe in a chat or document, to Russian software developers who don't speak English well (but can type in it) and may not be familiar with the cultural, social and business environment here Oral conversation. Real time translation in spoken Russian and sometimes, vice versa. You may have to research the subject matter to understand it well yourself if it is unfamiliar background, and explain it to the Russian developers. Work hours will correspond to when the Russian developers and we are available. Generally 4-5 hours overlap 6 days a week. Compensation offered is monthly fee.
