I need an efficient project bidder for getting me writing jobs

Hello, we are a startup writing farm calling themselves, Pro-Riterz. ([login to view URL]) and we want a bidder to give us constant flow of projects. We need him for constant work but for first month we just need 2 projects solid and high value, per week and pay for that will be 2000 INR monthly. It will surely increase within next month. we had bad experience and so we need every applicants to first bid us a small work within the next 5 hours. Whoever can do it sooner will be selected for long term.
