I need someone who has experience with filling liens, injunctures, and dealing with Landtitle claims within the areas of Real Estate, Strata, and Residential Tenancy. With this being a Civil Claims issue of which has turned into being fraudulently made to be a Landlord Tenancy Issue when one is a Mortgage Seller and the other is the Cash Buyer; there's a need to have someone about to develop the various steps of which the Real Estate Investor needs to take within us being able to take back possession of the property while having names on Title. Do keep in mind that the property is registered to a family of whom remortgaged. While there's a range of liability issues. As I am a BC Corporation and Toronto based investor, there's a need to show my flights from one part of the country to another part within an investment in my home and property.
