Given as input to a C ++ program that runs from the command line a file name image in a format ppm. Establish proper functionality so that when your program opens the corresponding image, stores it in a class instance Image using a ReadPPM function. Then, your program must indicate on prompt the dimensions of the image and the average luminance (ie. averaging three color channels containing). If the user does not give the line command file name as an argument in the application, be sought in the implementation of program.
