We have a stand-alone non-domain Hyper-V server 2016. We manage this Hyper-V server on a Windows 10 Pro client with Hyper-V Manager. Now we want to execute remote powershell commands against this Hyper-V Server 2016. Problem: We are not able to execute remote powershell commands due to authentication errors. We need someone who can show us in a teamviewer session how to set-up our Windows 10 Pro / Hyper-V Server 2016 so we can execute remote powershell command against the Hyper-V Server 2016. Timezone: Amsterdam / Berlin

Hi. I suppose that you have one of the following kind of problem: - not matched NTLM authentication algorithm, for examle client tries use NTLM v1 when servers reject this and suppports NTLMv2 only - if you use powershell winrm you should check that it is allowed to connect to the server from the client - some other type of error that I cant imagine right now Also I would recommend you to analyze network traffic to look under the hood of your problem.
