installation and scripting of postgressql

I have moved my basic mssql to postgressql and it is running on windows I am not familiar with postgresql and i need support to get it implemented with ssl and clustering on two servers with openssl cert feature. Connection string for ADO and connection string access without usr pw but with local authorization. Someone that can show me how to do things and support for basic implementation, and scripting a full setup of a server.
