Zurmo CRM Expert Need Which is Base on Yii Framework ....!

we want to upgrade these features in Zurmo CRM Base on Yii Framework

1- create username and password for accounts module to let account users to login to their profiles only and see there related modules like products and comments and notes ONLY

3- connect birthday field to age to calculate age by this php code
