Hi, I want to create a bot for Telegram Messenger where I can query a Knowledge base.

This will be a prototype. I just need for a couple of queries to work.

So I need for someone to write:

@balance, send it and returns the value of the balance of an account.

@pizza, would return if there is a valid pizza coupon.

We will limit to 8 to 10 queries of very specific information so this would be a contained demo.

If this could also be implemented with Facebook messenger it would be a great plus.

You could qoute me different prices for Messenger and for Telegram.
