Write code to create GPS location tool so users of our website can see who is close to them.

We need someone to replicate a previous plugin we had a freelancer make. This plugin is through wordpress and allows users to locate each other based off gps and it will say how far the individual is to the other member. This was done using gps coordinates on the register page so when they registered they would be put into the database automatically and when they accessed paganseek they would input gps location and it would track based off miles as well. Due to privacy concern we can't have the members exact location displayed so it would have to be through miles away... ect. This project needs to be started on now as its a huge value for our website. So if you can write code and develop a tool that allows members to find other members near them then we need you to create this!! plus we need interface of the plugin designed as well so it doesn't look clunky. Our site uses wordpress and buddy boss as the core and theme. Buddyboss is an enhanced version of buddypress. Please use image below as reference.
