I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Windows using SQL. i am trying to keep it simple basically below is what i have in mind as discussed the platform will be used to build a database of contractor documents, the docs will be submitted in hardcopy and subsequently scanned and stored, there shall be two types of docs those that will remain the same (hardly any updating and the second group will be updated annually e.g. tax clearances certificates that are issued annually this is basically what we need the platform to have make it simple client server setup And this is how it ought to function Data entry clerk shall create a profile for the contractor, that will be Company Name, Registration Number and contact details Within the profile we shall have it divided by year e.g. 2016, 2017 etc(have the functionality to create upcoming years) Under year template shall have it sub categorised into the following folders Contractor profile Tax and Vat ITF BPP Legal Bank statements audited accounts pension Manpower (staff Capability with supporting docs) Registration Certs for professional bodies other (this folder ought to have capability to create sub folders incase additional sub categorising is necessary) Also need at a glance a front cover sheet that will have tick boxes of all the folders, this is necessary so as to be able to tick what is present or not on the front cover sheet have the capability to add notes To Recap; user shall scan and send/save document into PDF for the relevant folder necessary WILL IT BE POSSIBLE TO ADD A FUNCTION TO EXTRACT CONTENTS OF A FOLDER ACROSS ALL CONTRACTOS AS YOU WOULD WITH M-FILES e.g. IF THEY WANTED TO SEND ALL TAX CLEARANCES FOR 2016 IS THIS POSSIBLE? WITHOUT HAVING TO OPEN UP EACH PROFILE
