I would like to hire a Concept Designer

I am looking for a project design for a haunted house. The theme of this will be arabic/middle eastern. The haunted house will be built outdoor as a standalone structure and will be short term in nature (i.e. not permanent structure)/ The area available for the project will be between 1,500 sq ft to 3,500 sq ft depending on the design, price, and flow. The concept will start in the morning in the desert with sand houses nearby and then move on to near the shore at sunset and finally have a ship/sea concept at night (old wooden ships). This is because every location has certain kind of monsters that appear at a specific point during the day. We will have around 5-6 haunted characters that will during these different times. The morning monster will be a little boy, afternoon will be a donkey lady, sunset with a chains monster, early night near shore with a hot lady, night with a fishman, and finally late night with a sea monster that rocks the ship. the design needs to take that into consideration. proposal need to also think about both cost element potentially for the unit and flow. the experience and flow should be 2-3 minutes for the beginning to end. Ideally, the experience will have a guide to take them through it. I am open also to looking at having the ride being mechanical given the design of the place. One more thing, while the attraction will have the ride in it, we can design it in such a way that there is a gift shop at exit. Also, if possible and if you make it work, if we can get two methods for entrance , one scary entrance for 15+ yrs and one that is simpler and for kids. need to have an entrance where people can enter and buy from gift shop. The most critical thing is to make sure the flow is done well and movement from one section to another is done smoothly. The structure will need to make sure proper lighting is taken into consideration. Let me know if you have any comments. I need some concept asap and need to start working on it asap. Please share with me sample of concept or what idea you have in mind.
