In 2005, I developed a time tracking system for Northeast Computer Services where techs would login, specify the client they are working for, the times they worked for the client, breaks they took during the job (if any), and a description of the task they performed. In 2011, I developed a Facility Management System for Bard College. This is online ticket management system where students submit a request for a problem that Building and Grounds Department at the college need to take care of. The ticket is submitted to the manager of the system who delegates it to one of the field managers, who in turn delegate a worker to take care of the issue. At this point a ticket is generated and printed and given to the worker. Once the worker completes the ticket, it is entered into the system along with the worker's hours. This system connects to the college's servers for authentication and the managers can add and remove Building and Grounds employees, change their information, etc. The college is responsible for keeping track of the students. Also the system is able to generate detailed excel reports which can then be configured to meet the user's needs. (Developed using apache, php, mysql, html, css, joomla, jquery)
