te plugin needs to beable to : 1- easy setup HLS stream using a u8m3 Playlist 2- When trigger on a fixed time (reload) of the event set 3- Let people subscribe to a live feed using email and facebook messenger 4- when there is no live stream play a list of clips definied in a playlist online 5- have two levels of management 1 for the general admins and one for the channel managers 6- work with video JS 7- have a live preview page to check incomming streams 8- fit in almost any wordpress layout 9- have a live chat function with a option to redact responses (turn redaction on or off if on messages need to be OKed before showing up on the users screen. it needs to be able to be variable positioned. 10- auto reload when an event starts and provide count down if the event has not started yet 11- create events under a channel. 12- work with video clips from a cdn or other Web location to fill the playlist but also media files loaly used. and be able to upload the files to the set locations if access is allowed to the user. 13- before starting the live stream show a commercial then start the stream and track the number of views for each commercial and set a start and stop date and time per commercial and and select on what channel it can/ will be shown. 14- Per playlist video have a tekst provided that can contain a link that will show under the player (maybe seperated in to a othere layout component) 15- track the number of current viewers and show to admins. 16- let users share the link of facebook / twitter. 17- have a central deposito of pre defined Live streams that the admin can assing to an event. So there can me multiple Publish points that have been joined to one m8u3 file and these publish points can be assingend to a live event and will be tracked so it cant be assined to two events unless a special checkpox is checked. so when asigning one cdn point to multiple events this is possible but not without confirming the double booking. 18- when subscibing to notification using facebook messenger retrieve email address of the user and safe to maillist database. Do ask for permission. 19- define the size of the video window. 20-
