Wordpress Newspaper Theme Custom Post Type

I need a custom post type creating for a Wordpress site that uses the popular NewsPaper theme (by TagDiv). I am using a Child Theme under NewsPaper. Any CPT formats should reside in the child theme folder. The post type is basically a copy of the existing default post type within NewsPaper but with addition of four Advanced Custom Field Pro fields. These are: 1 URL field (needs to be a clickable link, opening in same window) 1 Youtube video (embed using oEmbed) 2 text fields Not all of these fields will have a value so any header labels will need to be hidden if there is no value stored in the ACF The typeface needs to match existing site so using H2/H3 etc The CPT must be documented so any edits can be seen clearly. I would also prefer there to be an admin menu option on left side of WP Admin to allow me to go directly to add a new post of the CPT format. This isnt an in depth Wordpress job, but there will be lots more custom work to the successful contractor. You will need to know / have experience of the NewsPaper theme with this job though.
