WordPress Custom Post Types Functionality

Hello, This project is not to create a website, but to create a functionality using custom post type in a website we are already working upon. We are working over a WordPress website with two user types - Service Provider Customer There are two aspects for them 1. Real Estate Listings (Buy/Sell/Rent) 2. Service Listings We have created the user roles and made their respective dashboards where the user is redirected post login. The Service Provider should from the FRONT END - Manage his Profile (Company Name, Contact Details, Bio and Profile Picture) Add Services under various Categories set by the admin. These listings will show up under his profile Manage/Edit his listings Then, these listings will be searchable using a form by Choosing the Category, Keyword and City On the Real Estate Side, Customer will login and will be redirected to his dashboard. There, he can - Manage his Profile (Only Name, Contact Info and Profile Picture) Create Real Estate Listings under Buy/Sell/Rent Categories with info like - Type of Property Property Description Area Amenities Address Price These listings will then be searchable using a form with Options like Buy/Sell/Rent, City, Type of Property and Budget We used a plugin for the Real Estate listings. It works great. Only issue is that it has a role called AGENT. Only agents are able to add listings that too from the WP dashboard. Whereas all this has to be from the front end. There is a quick submission page but then listing goes anonymously. So option is that you can create all this using custom post types or make a submission form where the listing goes to the database under the logged in user's name. Let me know which option suits you and is easier to do. Budget is approx 100-125 USD. Must be completed in a week or 10 days maximum. Freelancer should expect long term work and should be flexible to a bit of changes here and there :) If you know some plugins which will make doing this easier then you can set those up for us rather than doing custom post types. We are open to all options. Apart from this, need option for Social Login too via Facebook and Google Plus.
