Struggling to work out shipping rates... Using WooCommerce Table Rate Shipping and trying to set up Free Shipping over $50.
But the Cart is not recognising digital products as part of the cart total, so customers are being charged the $9.95 shipping fee, even though their cart total is over $50.
I've set the digital products to the same class as physical products, but it's still not working. So I'm clearly missing something!
I do have several regions set up - which use table rates for DHL shipping - and they're fine. It's just the local 'Australia & NZ' region which I'm having problems with.
Also noticed that WooCommerce calculates the total ex-GST, rather than inc-GST, so I've had to make the max-amount for the $50 total to be $47.89 to allow for that.
I also want to set up an Express Shipping option for $2.95 - which can apply for any orders in Australia & NZ, but should NOT apply to any products in the 'Cold Storage' class.
So essentially, within the Australia & NZ region I need:
- Cold Storage class: $14.99 flat shipping fee.
- Orders under $50 total: $9.95 Shipping Fee
- Orders over $50 total: Free Shipping
- Express Shipping option: $2.95*
*can NOT apply to any products in the 'Cold Storage' class.
